I was trying to order but couldn’t find clear allergen details on the items I was interested in. As someone with food allergies, that’s a basic thing I need before buying anything. I reached out for help, but it felt like my simple question was kind of brushed off instead of actually answered. I ended up not feeling comfortable placing an order. Really wish they made allergen info easier to find and took those requests more seriously.

I was annoyed with this one. The serving size is so tiny that it doesn’t make much sense, and the bottle was gone before I felt like I’d really used it. Of course, it ran out at the worst possible time too, right when I actually needed it.

So... this just didn’t sit well with me. It made me feel nauseous and jittery pretty much the whole day, which was really uncomfortable.

I packed everything back up, used the return label, and even kept checking the tracking because I wanted to know exactly when it got there. It showed as delivered, but then the refund just seemed to sit in limbo forever. Support did reply eventually, but the answers were slow and kind of vague, like I still wasn’t sure what step it was actually on. until they make the return and refund process smoother, I don’t think I’d order again.
